GOODWILL TAKE 2 -Grant Task Force Meeting
Present: Carol Rancourt, Ed Barrett, Robert Liscord, Maryalice Crofton, Pelin Fitzpatrick
The Grant Task Force members had reviewed the documents prior to the meeting and did not have any questions. They agreed with the list of recommendations and suggested that all the deliverables (the Recruitment Plan, the Retention Plan and the Volunteer Community Outreach Plan with detailed information, tasks and timelines) should be due to the MCCS by 9/7/2016 so that there would be enough time to go over the materials before the scheduled 9/14/2016 meeting.
Ed Barrett will be representing the Grants Task Force at the Executive Committee meeting that is scheduled for 8/19/2016.
