Present: John Portela, David Wihry, Ron Holmes, Maryalice Crofton
The full meeting was focused on finalizing the Commission retreat agenda process. The section on requirements of a public board will have to be part of the November business meeting. The presenter will not be available in October. Maryalice was asked to see if the Utah presenter can move his presentation to earlier in the program. The presentation from the Maine Volunteer Foundation doesn’t fit in the retreat timeframe so it was moved into the business meeting under “Planning and Future Initiatives.”
The other items for discussion were postponed until November.
