   1. Debrief of the first cohort of the Maine Service Fellows
      1. Discussion was held around the MSF program, and feedback was provided in response to the reviews from past service fellows and host sites. A more explicit timeline for recruitment and onboarding was identified as a priority for the next recruitment season
      2. Questions asked of the committee to consider:

            1. What is the program's greatest strength?
         2. 2. Greatest Concern
            1. What is the most significant concern or vulnerability?
         3. 3. Priority Recommendation
            1. What single improvement would most strengthen the program?
         4. 4. Overall Assessment
         5. If resources allowed only two or three improvements next year, what should they be?
