  • Hired Public Information Officer for Volunteer Maine
  • Governor’s Awards for Service and Volunteerism held on May 9th
    • Finished distributing Governor’s Roll of Honor certificates
    • Final feedback read out for the awards
  • Service Programs Task Force meeting
  • Opened ConSERVE Maine mini-grants for applications
  • Opened call for applications for the Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference
    • Confirmed keynote speakers Kaira Esgate from Points of Light and Mary Herman, former Governor King’s first lady
  • Commission Board meeting
  • Attended Center for an Ecology Based Economy Convergence and expanded relationships with CEBE and NRDC
  • Maine Climate Corps Network Quarterly meeting
  • Maine Climate Corps Network MOUs
  • Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference sponsorship package
