  • Supported Communications Officer
    • Updated Commission Support Grant data pertaining to communications and technology expenses.
    • Drafted seventeen cross-platform social media posts for November.
    • Created and processed service contract for audio/video services in Advantage ME and Purchasing Maine.
  • Supported Program Officer
    • Created new Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference Evaluation Form.
    • Provided technical support during Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference.

Major focus of effort in the next month:

The Training Officer will delegate annual fees to the Office Administrator’s P-Card. Additionally, the Office Administrator will assume greater responsibilities with MCCS Financial Reports.
