Major projects completed:
• AmeriCorps Symposium in Washington, D.C. (September 4-6)
• Assisting peer reviewers with the application review material for the rural and operational AmeriCorps grants
• Review of all grant applications in eGrants: Alpha Legal Foundation, Democracy Maine, Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County and Black Owned Maine
• Compiling all Planning grant and the rural operational grant materials on the Writeboards for the peer reviewers and the grants task force
• Planning grant and the rural operational grant consensus meeting with peer reviewers
• Commission staff meeting
• Monthly Technical Assistance meeting with subgrantees
• Planning grant and the rural operational grant consensus meeting with grants task force
• Commission Retreat followed by the full Board meeting
• Check in with White Pine program director about recruitment
• Review and approval of all compliant grantee progress reports
• Commitment to Service Event at the Blaine House followed by a service project at Bond Brook
