Major projects completed:
- Filed the Federal Financial Report (FFR) for 18ACH, 18AFH, and 16ACH. The report was sent to CNCS on 11/8/19
- Provided the Grants Officer update for the Technical assistance training held on 11/7/19. The pertinent issues were about OnCorps reporting concerning the timeliness of reports, the narrative progress reporting and the performance measurement requirements
- Continual and ongoing support and guidance for subgrantees with required reporting
- Continuation reminders sent out for Healthy Acadia, Maine Conservation Corps and Learning Works AmeriCorps programs which were due on 11/14/19
- No cost extension contract amendment submitted for Seeds of Hope so that the AmeriCorps member can successfully complete their term of service
- Completed the Continuation Assessment & Performance report for the Grants Task Force regarding the Fall Competitive Continuations
- Reviewing and approving Quarterly reporting, to include Grantee Progress Reports, financial reports, and reimbursement requests
Major focus of effort for the next month:
- Grantee progress reports are the major focus right now they are due to December 31st for all subgrantees
- Scheduling site monitoring visits with all programs, site visits will occur in the month of January and the focus will be on member files
