Major projects completed
- Finished production of the 2021 Annual Report.
- Collaborating with Program Officer for Volunteer Sector Initiatives toss announce nominations for 2022 Governor's Awards for Service and Volunteerism.
- AmeriCorps recruitment photo/video project: Collaborated with photo and video vendor to finalize production and distribute media to the two programs that have participated so far: First4 AmeriCorps and Maine Conservation Corps AmeriCorps Program.
Issues to be aware of
- Due to delays in receiving information and data, along with a larger scope of work in publishing, the Annual Report took longer than originally anticipated to complete. Efforts will be made in March to catch up on areas that need attention.
- We have yet to receive a Q4 (CY) airtime value report from the Maine Association of Broadcasters, given the news shared last month. Heightened efforts to get that information will take place in March.
- Due to additional unforeseen issues, the announcement of Maine Service Fellows program gift to the Maine Volunteer Foundation remains on hold. Additional updates will be provided once available.
Major focus of effort in the next month
