  • Processing AmeriCorps contracts through the State’s Procurement systems
  • In person AmeriCorps Technical Assistance meeting
  • Volunteer Maine staff meetings
  • New Grantee Financial Management training with HVOSC finance administrator
  • MOCA all staff meeting
  • AmeriCorps future planning with the Executive Director and the Program Development and Training officer given the imminent retirement
  • Meeting with the Maine Redevelopment Land Bank Authority for a demonstration of Tolemi, a data integration and analytics platform
  • In person training with the Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County
  • ASC public policy call and update
  • Discussion with Linda (HVOSC) about the performance measures in eGrants that they need to correct before submission to Federal Agency
  • GTF meeting to discuss the potential NOFO process timeline, to review policy and make updates and to discuss the increases of MSY for MSS and Goodwill
  • Meeting to discuss slot change configurations with Main Street Skowhegan
  • States for Service Monthly Coalition Call
  • Processing AmeriCorps invoices
  • Submission of Procurement Package for HVOSC
  • Commission business meeting
