- High turnout for the conference 119 registered attendees
- Lower number of AmeriCorps staff
- Conservation Corps combined their end of AmeriCorps/life after AmeriCorps training and celebration with the Member Conference and helped to organize the event
- Even distribution of member participation in different sessions
- Difficult to pull folks back from the networking which was more unstructured
- Having the member conference in the fall and connected to end of service resonated with participants

- Maureen – who are you serving? Are there going to be multiple members serving in a single community – smaller communities do not have the capacity to manage so; who is already being served by programs such as GPCOG/ Island Institute/ etc.
