Major projects completed:
- Staff continuation assessment and performance reports completed for Main Street Skowhegan, White Pine and Alpha Legal Foundation
 - Assisting subgrantees with the Closeout termination process
 - New and continuation Formula AmeriCorps grant review
 - Assisting peer reviewers through the grant review process for Goodwill
 - Closeout reporting completed for 20FXHME001 and 21ESFME001
 - Verified the closeout for 20FXHME001-0003
 - Technical Assistance meeting
 - Meeting with HVOSC to discuss and clarify the financial closeout process
 - 20FXHME001 and the 22AFFME001 amendment sent over to DAFS
 - Grants Task Force meeting and the continuation and new formula consensus call, both internal and external (public)
 - Worked with the PIO to post all the application information for the Commission
 - Compile reports
 - Commission board meeting
 - Processed Periodic expense reports, and fixed amount invoices in OnCorps and MainePays
 - Write up and post of the grants task force reports to the full board for the continuations and the new grant application
 - Review and compilation of all the closeout documentation and certifications submitted in OnCorps and by email
 - Staff report submitted
 - Monitoring of the AmeriCorps members from OnCorps
 - Pre award letter, grantee report and board authorization forms sent officially sent out to Goodwill program Director
 
Items to be aware of:
- All AmeriCorps subgrantees are in the process of reinstating their members and resuming program activity (service)
 - Procurement selection package for Goodwill has been submitted to Procurement, and we are awaiting approval

- Grant program monitoring Onboarding Goodwill
 - Writing contracts for Goodwill and the continuation awards (ALF, MSS, WPP)
