Technical Assistance meeting
Meeting with the Alpha Legal Foundation Program Director about how to invoice in OnCorps
Assisted White Pines with their continuation in eGrants
Attended ASN monthly call
Processed invoices in OnCorps and MainePays
Set up a Writeboard in Basecamp for the peer reviewers to review the AmeriCorps new application submission from Goodwill
Commission board meeting
Processing planning grant periodic expense reports and their associated invoices
Staff report submitted
GTF meeting about grant review, who will do continuations and who will do the new application review
Communications (Urgent) about the status of AmeriCorps and the termination of their awards
Meeting with the Maine Re-Entry Network about the closeout process for their grant
Peer reviewer orientation and set up of Writeboards for peer reviewers
Outreach to regional office about eGrants amendment that needed to be processed
Review and approval of all compliant position descriptions
Congressional Delegation meeting with the Alpha Legal Foundation
Assisting Goodwill with eGrants issues
Closeout documents sent to 22AFFME001 (Planning Grants)
Peer Review consensus call for the Goodwill application
Review and approval of the compliant grantee progress reports

Items to be aware of:

All AmeriCorps subgrantees are in the process of terminating their contracts with the Commission; they have 10 days, making May 19th their final date of termination
