Executive Committee Meeting.

MEETINGS: First Tuesday of each month @ 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Executive Committee responsibilities (adopted mission).
- review and make recommendations on legal, policy and management issues to staff and the full commission.
- act on behalf of Commissioners on issues that arise between meetings or outside the scope of existing task forces.
- under the leadership of the Vice-Chair, coordinate all orientation and on-going training for MCCS commissioners.
- accomplish objectives in the strategic plan related to Board development.
- oversee implementation of strategic plan.
- develop board meeting agendas and coordinates the work of all task forces.
