Present: Celeste Branham, Nicole Pellenz, Jamie Logan, John Portella, Ed Barrett, Libby Hite, Maryalice Crofton
Chair Branham opened the special meeting of Executive Committee at 10 am. All were present in Room 102 at 19 Elkins Lane, the location of MCCS offices.
The Executive Committee met with the sole purpose of reviewing and acting on the proposed Commission Support Grant budget for Jan-Dec 2019. The funding plan must be submitted to the Corporation for National and Community Service within a few days. Action could not wait until the January 2019 meeting of the full Commission.
Maryalice presented the full budget for Commission operation for the calendar year 2019. Board members present reviewed the items and requested some clarifications. It was noted the budget would be presented to the full Commission for its review at the January 2019 meeting.
Moved by Pellenz to approve the budget as presented. Second by Portella. Vote on the motion: In favor – unanimous.
There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 10:32 am.
