  • Outreach to Commissioners, consultants, and business partners.
  • Managed contracts and DOs in Advantage ME for vendors.

  • Resolved payment and accounting issues with DAFS and vendors.
  • Analyzed data in MCCS financial reports to determine which charges should be moved from T3 to T1 in order to resolve accounting issue.
  • P-card expense reports.

  • Finished report on member and community demographics for D.E.I. work on AmeriCorps service projects.
  • Sent continuation instructions to Formula grantees.

Supported Program Development and Training Officer

  • Made sponsorship invoice form for AC member conference.
  • Training and preparation for AC member conference.
  • Processed in-kind contribution for AC member conference.
  • Mail merge to send conference registration to all current AmeriCorps members in Maine.
  • Preparation for conference: Zoom, registration data.
  • Mail merge to conference presents for tech check.
  • Technical support during tech check and conference.
  • Frequent troubleshooting support to presenters and registrants (rescheduling, additional materials, tech support, registrant data) during the week leading up to the member conference and during the conference itself. 
  • Mail merge to create and distribute individualized conference schedules with links and materials for 90+ attendees.
  • Mail merge for conference feedback survey.
