Major projects completed
- Complying with the multiple requests for information from the Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO) regarding their agency's FY 2022 payment integrity assessment under the Payment Integrity Information Act (PIIA); the agency has requested information under the 18ACHME001 prime from Learning Works and Healthy Acadia
- Meeting with GPCOG's finance admin to go over income reporting requirements
- Met with the Improper Payments and Compliance Program Analyst to discuss the discrepancy on the FFR, this has been resolved
- Technical assistance to review the new fixed amount invoice process to the fixed amount grant staff and to review the income reporting requirements
- Meeting with UMaine COA staff to discuss site supervisor concerns in remote host sites
- Took the DEI course that is being offered by the Racial Equity & Justice Organization and provided feedback to them
- Processing of PER's and reimbursement request for all AmeriCorps programs
- Check-in meeting with MDF staff to discuss recruitment, enrollment and how the start of this year is going
- Meeting with new program director for the Game Loft to go over reports in OnCorps and eGrants access and requirements
Issues to be aware of
- Continue complying with request for information from the Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO) for Learning Works, and Healthy Acadia
- The OIG is looking to wrap up the Axiom investigation, 3 years later, and is requesting their progress reports and all of the member timesheets
Major focus of effort for the next month
- Continue developing civic reflection training material for AmeriCorps members to be delivered monthly
- Continued an ongoing review and process of Periodic Expense Reports (PER's), Periodic Income Reports (PIR's), Aggregated Financial Reports (AFR's) and Grantee Progress Reports (GPR's) along with corresponding reimbursement requests
- Finish processing GPR's that needed to be corrected and resubmitted
- Close-out of the 18AFHME001 grant, as the no cost extension has become a moot point, Main Street Skowhegan will not be operating 2 simultaneous grants
