1. Discussion around moving the Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference to a larger venue
   1. Having the Maine Volunteer Leadership Conference at different locations
      1. Northern Maine/Bangor area – Wells Commons
      2. Western Maine/Skowhegan
      3. Southern Maine
      4. Augusta Area
2. Move to mid-late October
3. All Volunteer Maine Sponsorship package
   1. Need to start asking people for sponsorship
4. Commissioner Retreat readout
   1. Updated organization structure
      1. AmeriCorps position and Grants Manager
      2. VGF Coordinator position
5. ConSERVE Maine: Checks have been distributed 7. A one-pager will be posted to Basecamp for feedback, and a baseline survey for grant recipients is being developed
6. Commissioner Retreat: Feedback from the retreat is being used by Britt to draft the state service strategy, which will be sent to commissioners within a week
7. Maine Service Fellows: Maureen reported high interest from municipalities at the MMA conference, though actual application rates remain a challenge
