    4. Enjoyed forced small group discussions
    5. More drinks; coffee/tea in the afternoon

    7. Not communicated that there wasn’t public wifi

      1. Build conference bigger in order to promote volunteerism and Volunteer Maine
    2. Camden conference multiple locations and virtual
    3. Future content:
      1. Person who manages the volunteers that staff crisis call center – there are people who do crisis intervention work in the state that also must manage their own personal trauma/triggers – unpack how you support crisis volunteers with mental health management; because of the work they do they have significant training component but how do you navigate sunk costs
    4. Have a keynote/speaker as an asynchronous video thank you bonus – have it available as a podcast to listen to on their drive back
    5. Follow up with connections from conference:
      1. Meet with each of the panelists from the funders panel
