• Request for Applications for Rural and Regular Formula AmeriCorps were approved and posted in the Kennebec Journal
• Site visits at White Pine Program and Alpha Legal Foundation to review member files, interview members and any present site supervisors
• Technical Assistance meeting 
• Set up a Writeboard in Basecamp for the grants task force to review the AmeriCorps continuations and the new application submissions
• Commission board meeting 
• Processing planning grant periodic expense reports and their associated invoices 
• Approval of all compliant and correct budgets for the planning grants 
• Internal Controls class taken in Litmos (AmeriCorps compliance requirement) 
• Staff report submitted
• Peer reviewer orientation and set up of Writeboards for peer reviewers 
• Training on FSRS transitioning to subaward reporting in Sam.gov
• Hall of Flags Day at the State Capitol in Augusta 
• Closeout documents sent out to all past planning grants under 21AFFME001 
• Meeting with potential Executive Directors
• Posted the Q+A’s for the RFA’s to the Procurement website
