Attended the Climate Conference at the Civic Center, the event was hosted by the Maine Climate Council
Attendance and participation in the AmeriCorps State and National Symposium
Site visit to the Town of Van Buren for member file review and interview followed by a discussion with the Program Director and Supervisor about continuation
Main Street Skowhegan, UMaine COA, Trekkers all had a site visit to review member files
Meeting with AmeriCorps member from Van Buren to discuss service related
Staff JEDI session with Thenara Bailey from the SIGI group
Review and approval of Q1 & Q2 grantee progress reports that were compliant and communicated the corrections necessary to those that were not
Closeout documents sent out to all the AmeriCorps programs under the 18AFHME001 prime
Grant task force meeting and subsequent minutes wrote up for the Commission
Reviewing and processing multiple reimbursement requests for AmeriCorps programs
Renewed the OnCorps contract for the 2022-2023 year
Preparation for the site visit from the AmeriCorps monitoring office
Reviewed the evaluation plan from Maine Conservation Corps and sent it to the AmeriCorps Program Impact Specialist

The Maine Energy AmeriCorps program is not going to continue
The evaluation plan was reviewed by an external reviewer according to criteria detailed in the 2021 Notice of Funding Opportunity, and was approved

Finalizing the Close-out of 18AFHME001
Preparing the grantee progress reports to submit to the Federal agency at the end of November
Continued an ongoing review and process of Periodic Expense Reports (PER's), Periodic Income Reports (PIR's), Aggregated Financial Reports (AFR's) and Grantee Progress Reports (GPR's) along with corresponding reimbursement requests
