- Review and approval of all compliant fixed amount invoices and periodic expense reports
- Updated the Purchasing Maine-02314 selection package for the RFA 202403058
- Setting up site visits for Host Site Supervisor interviews
- Monthly AmeriCorps Technical Assistance meeting with subgrantees
- 21ESFME001 amendment to correct the dates of operation
- Peer review process reviewed with the Executive Director
- Recruited a volunteer to work with the GO with the September 27th commitment to ceremony event
- Set up peer reviewers in Basecamp and had the orientation meeting
- Working with Public Information Officer on a budget for the September event
- Orientation and meeting with the new volunteer who will be assisting with the event coordination and planning
